There is a spiritual science behind how to live in harmony with the earth, the elements and the seasons to help your body feel more at home on this planet. 

Ayurveda is a loving philosophy around taking proper care of the body to prevent disease, heal the mind and cultivate a life with more peace, wellness and presence. 

This isn’t a course designed to make you a strict, rigid Ayurvedic practitioner. Instead, this introductory course is simply a space to share the wisdom of this lifestyle philosophy — and to get you a few steps ahead on the ayurvedic path. 


With a focus on applied philosophy, daily rituals and insights into your own body’s constitution — that is, what you specifically need to find your own sense of balance with nature — each week of this course will immerse you deeper and deeper into the ayurvedic lifestyle.

  • Learning the science around proper digestion and caring for your gut / digestive health in new ways.

  • Learning your own body’s elemental balance (your Dosha) and understanding how to find more equilibrium in your constitution. 

  • Abhyanga massage — the loving self-practice of oilating your whole body for aphysical, spiritual and energetic detox to complete the course
