Meet your Instructor

Jane Lyon first found meditation when she wandered into a Tibetan Buddhist Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah - desperate to healing her mental illness and sick body. After thaat first night at Urgyen Samten Ling Gonpa, she returned again and again, week after week until she became a fully converted devotee of Vajrayana Buddhism. 

This path led her to sitting in front of masters in Nepal like Khenpo Konchoc Monlam Rinpoche and Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche. 

She completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in Koh Samui, Thailand under Kosta Miachin. 

Jane was given the blessing to begin teaching meditation by her Buddhist Lamas in 2018 and have been passionately dedicated to teaching the simple yet life-changing practice of meditation ever since. 

Jane is proudly dedicated to carrying on her authentic lineage of the dharma and sharing the gift of compassion, loving-kindness and meditation with all.
